Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Plant Nursery Workers in partnership with Forestry England to support the growth of forests of the future. This hands-on role involves both indoor and outdoor work, helping to nurture millions of trees each year.

Responsibilities

• Take and plant cuttings.
• Lift seedlings from seedbeds.
• Carry out mechanical transplanting and netting of seedbeds.
• Hand-weed and nurture young plants.
• Grade and prepare trees of all sizes.
• Package and check products ready for distribution.
