A large garden retail group in Gloucestershire is seeking a Seasonal Plant Supervisor to support the Plant Area Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of seasonal plants and experience in retail or supervisory roles. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of seasonal plants, including annuals, perennials, and bedding plants.

• Experience in a supervisory capacity – or capability to step up.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to daily operations and merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great service.
