This position is critical for enhancing scheduling and inventory management on-site.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing planning processes in a manufacturing environment, ideally within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing organisation.
• In depth knowledge of cGMP procedures.
• Previous experience of people and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience with continuous improvements.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the site planning process to ensure consistent delivery of customer orders.
• Manage site inventory processes to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Ensure KPIs are in place to track effectiveness of planning processes.
• Drive improvement in site scheduling processes.
• Run the site Planning, Scheduling and Order Fulfilment process (OFM).
• Line Management of the customer services team.
