  • Create EU‑wide processes that help deliver on cost, fill, performance, and DPx goals in partnership with business teams and central operations.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization in partner teams to deliver on these goals.
  • Represent Flex as a channel in business/partner reviews, voice concerns, and drive leadership decisions to mitigate issues.
  • Drive automation, process improvement, and cost initiatives.
  • Interact with senior‑level audiences (including directors) from both internal and external teams.
