We are currently seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), supporting the delivery of the Sizewell C project-a landmark initiative set to supply low‑carbon power to 6 million homes for the next 60 years. As part of the CWA, you will be at the heart of the planning and execution of this once‑in‑a‑generation energy infrastructure scheme.
In this key position, you will lead the planning and development of Target Outturn Cost (TOC) programme submissions for approximately 40 major civil works packages, each valued between £80 million and £800 million. These submissions directly underpin the pricing and delivery approach for the works we have been entrusted to deliver. Your expertise will not only set the direction for project execution but also ensure that every aspect of the programme aligns with the highest industry and regulatory standards.
