The incoming lawyer will work with some of the lawyers in the sector on a mix of NSIP work as well as premium development work planning work across the UK. Hybrid Planning & Innovation

My client is looking for a planning lawyer to take on a unique hybrid role that combines premium development work with a focus on business development and innovation. The successful candidate will help streamline internal processes and ensure the firm keeps pace with the evolving world of legal tech. This role involves close collaboration with the firm’s innovation committee. Responsibilities will include evaluating and testing new products, rolling them out across the practice, and delivering training to colleagues.

Development Planning Focus

The incoming solicitor is likely to be around 1‑4 years qualified and will be joining a specialist team of Planning Lawyers who advise some of the UK leading developers on complex housing and regeneration projects. You will be advising on complex S106/278 agreements, CPO as well as public inquiries and judicial reviews.
