A local government council in North Yorkshire is seeking a Planning Compliance Officer to uphold planning integrity. The role involves investigating breaches of planning permissions and engaging with various stakeholders. As a Planning Compliance Officer, you\'ll play a key role in upholding the integrity of our planning system. Your responsibilities will centre on investigating and managing cases of non-compliance with planning permissions, using your judgement, research skills, and ability to negotiate effective solutions.
