In this role, you will coordinate maintenance, small works, and emergency callouts, ensuring tasks are accurately scheduled and dispatched to engineers. Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage queries efficiently are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach. Responsibilities

  • Prioritise and schedule works in line with system requirements.
  • Coordinate jobs based on engineer location, availability and qualifications.
  • Respond promptly to emergency callouts and meet SLA requirements.
  • Manage queries arising from scheduled works and escalate where necessary.
  • Provide engineers with clear instructions to minimise repeat visits.
  • Ensure customers receive all relevant information relating to their works.
  • Handle incoming customer calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
  • Complete and update Excel spreadsheets.
  • Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors.
  • Update the company system and ensure timely invoicing of completed works.

PERTEMPS - SCHEDULER OPPORTUNITY

Pertemps are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for an organised, detail-focused Scheduler to join our client's busy Scheduling team.

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating planned maintenance, small works and emergency callouts, ensuring tasks are accurately scheduled and dispatched to the appropriate engineers.
