Job description

Position Overview

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Planner to work under a Planning Manager on our M3 Junction 9 Improvement Works project based in Winchester, Hampshire. The scheme comprises 330,000m³ of earthworks, 2 × 125 m long underpasses, 2 × 45 m span steel gyratory bridges, a 35 m span steel truss footbridge, 4 × subways, 1 × super‑span gantry, 1 × long‑span gantry and 9 VMS signs as well as significant drainage, communications and other minor retaining structures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Engineering or technical qualification at degree level or equivalent.
• Extensive experience on National Highways/Civils projects, on site or in a planning role.
• Proficient with P6 Primavera, including cost loading and EVM.
• Ability to produce programmes with quants and output rates.
• Ability to develop a fully integrated contract programme (design/procurement/sub‑contractors/construction/commissioning).
