A leading infrastructure delivery firm in Slough is seeking a Planned Maintenance Team Manager. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of planners ensuring quality service delivery. You will oversee planning processes, resolve issues, and contribute to team development. A commitment to customer satisfaction and an inclusive workplace are key aspects of this position. The salary is up to £35,500 per annum, with various benefits including holiday days and a health cash plan.

We operate 24/7 and as such you are required to work flexible hours, weekends and participate in an on‑call rota. Full training / PPE / use of company equipment will be provided to ensure that all our drainage engineers have the right tools, competency, and confidence to undertake the work to Lanes’ high standard of operation regardless of background or previous experience.
Planning is seen, both internally and externally, as an integral part of the business, driving the smooth completion of work in the field and consistently providing excellent customer service, collaboration, accountability, leadership and a multi-skilled workforce. As a Planned Maintenance Team Manager effective use of leadership skills is essential in ensuring the activities undertaken positively reflect on Lanes Group and our client, Thames Water. You will be leading a team of around six Proactive Operations Planners.

Location: based out of Customer Solution Centre (Slough, Berkshire)
Job Type: permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
Salary: up to £35,500 per annum, depending upon experience.
