Position Overview

We are on the lookout for talented undergraduates to join us for a 12-month placement working on the hardest technical problems and seeing the impact we can make.

Mechanical Engineer Interns at Crux work on full-lifecycle, multidisciplinary projects in medical device development, sustainability, consumer goods and beyond. As part of our team, you will work directly with multinational "household name" clients on projects requiring design, prototyping, analysis and testing.

What We’re Looking For
  • On track to achieve a strong First classification in a Mechanical Engineering (or similar) accredited degree program.

  • A genuine love of engineering that is easy to demonstrate.

  • Strong mathematical skills and ability to apply “first principles” to hard problems.

  • Meticulous attention to technical and written detail.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.
