Job summary

A reputed engineering firm in Tees Valley seeks Pipe Fitters and Fire Sprinkler Fitters for installation work. Candidates should have a valid CSCS Card, IPAF certifications (3a, 3b), and ideally, a Gebrit Mapress Fitting Certificate. The role involves connecting pipework according to engineering drawings and may require working from IPAF Scissor Lifts. Operating hours are Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 16:30, and Friday from 07:00 to 15:30.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card required.
• IPAF certifications 3a and 3b, along with Harness Training and Working at Heights Certs are essential.
• Preferably hold a Gebrit Mapress Fitting Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Install cable tray, ladder racking, and supports.
• Connect pipework to panels and valves from engineering drawings.
• Operate IPAF Scissor Lift or Cherry Picker.

Connecting pipework to panels, valves manifolds working from general & PID engineering drawings fitting screwed, maypress and small bore compression pipework.

Working from IPAF Scissor Lift/Cherry Picker.
