Picking & Packing Operative – Temporary

Location: Hersham

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (with potential for overtime)

Contract Type: Temporary

We are currently recruiting Picking & Packing Operatives on behalf of our client based in Hersham. This is a temporary position offering consistent weekday hours, with the potential for overtime, including weekend shifts, depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking products accurately from order lists
• Packing items securely for dispatch
• Collating goods to ensure complete and correct orders
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Working to pick lists and meeting daily targets
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
