We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our excellent paediatric physiotherapy service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly and busy team. The post is within the North Sector of Specialist Children’s Service across NHSGGC. The post holder will be a physiotherapy graduate with experience of delivering therapy within the context of the NHS.

You will take responsibility for a designated clinical caseload and provide an effective physiotherapy input as part of the Specialist Children’s service. You will assess, plan, implement and monitor physiotherapy treatment/management programmes for patients 0-19yrs in a variety of settings –child centre, home, nursery, school, special school etc.

There are many opportunities for learning and development supported by a robust supervision process and regular in-service training to develop your knowledge and skills.

Working within multi-professional/agency settings to ensure co‑ordinated care for patients and carers is an essential component and previous experience of this is desirable. Paediatric physiotherapy experience is not essential.

Car licence essential.
