Job Description

Physiotherapist

Location: Hitchin

Salary: £31,049 - £40,823 per annum DOE

Hours: 37.5hrs per week

MAIN PURPOSE:

To provide a physiotherapy service by assessing, implementing (by self or junior staff) and evaluating programmes of person‑centred care as part of the multi‑disciplinary team. To ensure continuity and consistency regarding service users' physical management. To demonstrate clinical, technical and research skills through breadth and depth of knowledge.

ABOUT YOU
  • Diploma/BSc in Physiotherapy
  • Current and valid registration with the Health & Care Professions Council
  • Current registration with a professional body (e.g. CSP)
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Use of evidence‑based practice and outcome measures
  • Knowledge and application of physiotherapy assessments and interventions using clinical reasoning
  • An ability to work autonomously and set own and support others' priorities
  • An ability to confidently assess and manage risk in relation to physical performance
