An exciting opportunity for a motivated Physiotherapist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team within a specialist neurological rehabilitation service.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy treatment programmes for adults with neurological or complex physical needs.
• Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists, and Nursing staff.
• Contribute to goal setting, care planning, and patient reviews.
• Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
