With broadband speeds of up to 2000Mbps, new Wi-Fi 7 technology, exceptional customer service, and costing no more than current internet packages, customer growth is expected to be exponential .

Job Overview

We now seek a skilled PHP Developer to join the technology team on a 6‑month fixed-term project. The role combines reshaping and integrating interconnected OSS (Operational Support Systems) around HubSpot CRM automations with designing and building a new eCommerce website using PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, and a range of WordPress and WooCommerce plugins to extend functionality.

The role involves creating efficient, maintainable PHP-based solutions that connect multiple operational systems, while delivering a robust, scalable, and performant eCommerce platform. Experience with CRM integration, workflow automation, WordPress development, WooCommerce, and plugin selection, configuration, and customisation will be important.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain PHP-based integrations between OSS systems and HubSpot CRM.
  • Design, build, and maintain a new eCommerce website using PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, and relevant plugins for payments, subscriptions, analytics, performance, and security.
  • Configure, extend, and, where necessary, develop custom plugins to meet business requirements.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and data flow.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to map existing workflows and deliver improved system interconnectivity.
  • Ensure robust data integrity, performance, and security across connected platforms and the new eCommerce site.
  • Support testing, debugging, and documentation of all system and website changes
Requirements
  • Strong commercial experience with PHP (experience with frameworks such as Laravel a plus).
  • Proven experience building and maintaining WordPress and WooCommerce sites, including working with and customising plugins.
  • Background in integration and automation between business systems, ideally involving HubSpot CRM.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data formats such as JSON and XML.
  • Good understanding of relational databases and version control systems (for example, Git).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-moving, delivery-focused project environment.
