Job Summary

Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician, supporting Clinical Pharmacists within the Primary Care Network (PCN). This role involves delivering medicine management services, optimizing prescribing practices, and enhancing patient care in accordance with NHS guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Medicine Management: Assist with medicines optimization, carry out medicine switches, and review patient records in line with protocols.
  • Prescribing Process Improvement: Promote electronic repeat dispensing and online ordering, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with GP practices, Senior Clinical Pharmacists, and other pharmacy stakeholders.
