An excitingopportunity has arisen to work as a Pharmacy Technician in our Churchill,Canbury, Orchard and Berrylands Primary Care Network (CCOB PCN). We care for approximately 50,000 patients,based in four practices across the borough of Kingston; this role will be basedat The Churchill Medical Centre and The Orchard Practice.

This is a uniqueopportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Pharmacy Technician with excellentcommunication skills to join us. Wealready work with a team of prescribing clerks and a clinical pharmacist acrossour practices and are keen to expand our team.The role will support the practice teams within ournetwork to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and efficient systems forrepeat prescribing, medicines optimisation, reducing medicines waste andmaximising patient outcomes. The Pharmacy Technicians will work alongside prescribing clerks andclinical pharmacists as well as with the GPs and Nurses based in thepractices.

The role will be amix of in house service development with the opportunity for patient facing workand will require a commitment to improving health and putting patientsfirst. Key qualities will be the abilityto build effective relationships with patients, GPs, nurses, communitypharmacists, hospital and PCN staff, and to work effectively as part of a team.
