Qualifications

  • GPhC‑registered pharmacist with an MPharm (or equivalent) and either a PhD or significant professional experience.
  • Experience in pharmacy education at undergraduate/postgraduate level.
  • Strong understanding of GPhC standards and foundation training requirements.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge ideally supported by an independent prescribing qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging face‑to‑face study days for foundation trainee pharmacists.
  • Support learner development through performance monitoring and remote guidance.
  • Contribute to programme delivery by developing teaching materials.
  • Engage in academic activity aligned with university strategies.
