A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking dedicated individuals for pharmacy assistant roles. This position involves supporting patient care by working closely with a multidisciplinary team, dispensing medications, and ensuring high accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in teamwork and effective communication skills. Full training will be provided, and opportunities for career progression are available.

We are looking for committed individuals to join the world of hospital pharmacy and our friendly teams, to make a difference to patient care. We currently have full and part time opportunities at the Worcestershire Royal Hospital in Worcester, and a full time position at the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch. You will often be the first point of contact for health care professionals across the hospital and members of the public using our service. You must be self-motivated, able to pay attention to detail, work to deadlines and have strong communication skills.
An NVQ level 2 in pharmacy services or the dispensing assistant course qualification is desirable; however, full training will be provided to successful applicants. Career progression to band 3 and a more clinical role is encouraged and supported, and we are committed to providing flexible working opportunities.
