• Excellent knowledge of IT systems for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and healthcare professionals for information.
• Investigate and respond to consumer complaints for medicines and devices.
• Maintain parts of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File.
