Overview

On behalf of DNA Recruitment, we are delighted to be working with a well-established, family-owned independent pharmacy group. We are currently supporting them in the recruitment of a Pharmacist Manager for their branch in Frampton Cotterell, Bristol.

Role

• Position: Pharmacist Manager (light management)
• Location: Frampton Cotterell, Bristol
• Hours: Full-time – Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (1-hour lunch break, no weekends)
• Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week

Pharmacy Profile

• Monthly Prescription Volume: 5,500 items – excellent potential for service development
• Team Structure: Experienced support team including 2 Dispensers and a full-time Counter Assistant
• Additional Notes: No MDS or care home services, low volume of deliveries
• Setting: Picturesque village location with a loyal community patient base

Salary & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: £25 - £30 per hour (DOE) PAYE and Self-Employed earning option + service bonus
• Annual Leave: 5 weeks + bank holidays
