Personal Tax Manager
Sherborne
£45,000 - £60,000

Clark Wood are delighted to be working with a family Office of an entrepreneurial high net worth Family who are looking to add a Personal Tax Manager to their close knit team.

Based on the Somerset / Dorset border in Sherborne, this is an excellent opportunity to join a family office at Managerial level with a clear platform into Directorship.

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Deputy Head of Office in charge of compliance, and manage the day-to-day tax compliance, including direct supervision of the Senior Tax Assistant.
  • Handle transactions from planning, through implementation and on to reporting. While the key responsibility is tax compliance, there is opportunity to expand tax advisory knowledge and experience.
  • Oversee the responsibilities from start to finish and play a key role servicing the personal financial affairs of various family members and the accounting and compliance for numerous family financial interests.
  • Support occasional travel within the UK and overseas as needed.
Qualifications
  • ATT or CTA Qualified and gained significant practice experience.
