Role Overview: The Retail & Wholesale Director – UK & Ireland (Luxury Fragrance) will oversee retail stores and wholesale accounts across the region, ensuring that brand performance is optimized.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee retail stores and wholesale accounts in the UK and Ireland.
2. Drive brand performance and optimize product and assortment strategies.
3. Collaborate with clients and candidates to align needs.
4. Conduct executive and senior management appointments.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in luxury retail or wholesale management.
2. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
3. Proven track record in brand merchandising and strategy.
