Overview

Personal Injury Solicitor 5+ PQE, up to £75,000 (DOE) North West, home working. This successful boutique law firm is experiencing significant demand for its specialist services to clients with serious injury claims. The firm are a collaborative and supportive organisation offering a competitive salary and package. Hybrid working is the norm and there is the possibility for those further afield to work on more remote basis.

Responsibilities

• Work on a small caseload of serious injury claims, taking responsibility for cases throughout all stages of the claim and providing exceptional client care during sensitive and often complex cases.
• liaise with the client, their family and experts to secure life-changing settlements for those affected.
• Be involved in all stages of the claim and maintain a proven track record of handling serious injury cases with values in excess of £100,000.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and an absolute focus on client care; be flexible, adaptable, with attention to detail and a genuine team player.
• Collaborate within a supportive firm environment; participate in the firm’s hybrid/remote working arrangement.
