We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading financial services organisation, for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to their Managing Director. This role also involves assisting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks, making it ideal for a proactive and organised PA who thrives in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Managing Director’s diary, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Co‑ordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties such as document management, expense reporting, and general office co‑ordination.
  • Prioritise and manage competing demands to ensure smooth operations for the MD and team.
  • Act as a professional liaison with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, supporting senior executives within banking or financial services.
  • Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional, proactive, adaptable, and detail‑oriented.
  • Previous experience in financial services or a corporate environment is highly desirable.
