Reliable and compassionate Female Personal Care Assistant required in South Bristol to support me with daily living, wellbeing, and staying connected to the things I enjoy.

I’m a woman in my 40s living in South Bristol with my two cats. I love nature and creative pursuits. I’m quiet but fun-loving, resilient, and independent.

About the role

You’ll help me maintain my independence in my home, support my mental wellbeing, and accompany me to hospital/doctor appointments, social activities, and outdoor trips. Flexibility is essential to work around my appointments.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Supporting my mental wellbeing
  • Domestic chores (e.g. hoovering, cleaning, laundry, pet care)
  • Helping reorganise and tidy my home for better accessibility
  • Facilitating trips into nature and creative activities
  • Assisting with cooking healthy, nutritious, gluten‑free food
About you
  • Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010, Part 1, Schedule 9)
  • Confident driver with a clean licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Calm, kind, patient, proactive, and happy to work around changing schedules

  • Hours: 4–8 hrs/week (Saturday and one weekday – hours are flexible)
  • Pay: £12.60/hour, statutory annual leave, and pension (if eligible)
  • Checks: Enhanced DBS required
