A leading Independent Financial Advisory firm in Leeds is urgently seeking a PA to support its Directors. The role involves managing diaries, monitoring accounts, assisting in FCA communications, and serving clients. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and experience in an administration role, preferably within financial services.

Qualifications

  • Great organisational skills required.
  • Experience working within an Administration environment.
  • Previous experience working as a PA is ideal.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services or Financial Advice industry is highly desirable.

  • Monitoring the accounts for the business.
  • Assisting the Director with any FCA communication.
  • Creating client packs for the director.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for the director's clients.
  • Chasing any outstanding cases for the director.
  • Managing company email accounts daily.
Job description

My client is a leading Independent Financial Advisory firm based in Leeds, providing sound Financial Advice to both businesses and individuals surrounding Pensions, Investments, Retirement / Estate planning.

We urgently require a PA to support the Directors of the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the director's diary to a professional standard
  • Monitoring the accounts for the business, such as the sales and purchases day books, and chasing any outstanding commissions due to us
  • Assisting the Director with any FCA communication
  • Creating client packs for the director to take out, such as new business or annual reviews, and filling in relevant paperwork and processing transfers of pensions etc.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for the director's clients, requiring a friendly yet professional approach
  • Chasing any outstanding cases for the director and dealing with any issues that arise, such as if paperwork wasn’t filled in correctly
  • Managing the director's and the overall company email accounts on a daily basis

We require someone with great organisational skills, with experience working within an Administration environment, ideally with previous experience working as a PA. Experience working within the Financial Services or Financial Advice industry, or knowledge of Investments and / or pensions, is highly desirable.
