You’ll be supporting my two wonderful young people (aged 17 and 19), who are autistic, have a learning disability, and need support with their communication. This is a genuinely rewarding role where you’ll be helping two fantastic young people grow in confidence, develop life skills, and have more independence, choice, and control over how they live their lives.
