  • Provide personal care, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Support with complex healthcare needs such as Epilepsy and diabetes.
  • Support with mobility and transfers.
  • Administer medication as required (training provided).
  • Assist with social activities and community engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with family and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care.
    Caring, patient, and committed to supporting young people with additional needs.
  • Previous experience in care or working with children with complex needs is desirable but not essential-full training will be provided.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the family's privacy.
  • Reliable and flexible with good communication skills.
