A leading global insurance firm is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Leadership Team in their underwriting pillar. This varied role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage diary and meeting schedules. You will liaise with different internal stakeholders, provide administrative support, and coordinate strategic projects. Ideal candidates have prior experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach. This position is crucial for facilitating the team's daily operation and achieving set goals.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to support the Underwriting Teams and Management. The role will be varied and is ideal for someone looking to work with a diverse and motivated team who are focused on partnering with our Regional Practise Leaders (RPL’s) to enact the regional Underwriting strategy; enabling all Underwriters to exploit full potential and drive profitable growth.
As a Personal Assistant, you will support the direct reports of the Retail CUO, who are part of the Leadership Team in the Retail underwriting pillar, in all tasks related to administration support. You will work closely with the team, organising their activity and accomplishing all that is needed to facilitate its day-to-day missions. You will utilise effective communication and relationship building skills as you work closely with the underwriters, internal stakeholders and various functions and departments within.
You will report to a Regional Practice Leader within the Retail Leadership team.
