A leading care management organization seeks a Peripatetic Manager in the West Midlands. In this role, you will oversee care homes lacking a manager and support senior management. As a Peripatetic Manager, you will assume responsiblity for care homes that temporarily have no Manager as and when required as well as provide operational support for senior management including the Regional Director and Home Manager within the business area.

You will cover a portfolio of XX homes across the XX, you may also be required to support homes across our full home network, should the need arise.
You’ll have previous Management experience in a residential and/or nursing setting from a minimum of two different care homes, along with strong operational management experience. A valid NMC PIN is also required for this role.
A current driving licence and the ability to travel extensively will be needed, you may be required to support homes in different regions.
