A beauty products company in Greater London is looking for an operational coordinator to support ad content production. You will manage logistics, ensure compliance of creator contracts, and maintain internal tracking systems. This role requires someone highly organized with experience in operations and project management tools like Asana and Google Sheets. A keen attention to detail is essential as you will manage multiple workflows and ensure all materials are prepared for leadership approval.

Reporting to the Acquisition Director and supporting the full Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in the smooth end-to-end workflow of ad content production. This role ensures creators are contracted correctly, products are shipped on time, content files are organised, named, and delivered accurately, and weekly assets are prepared for leadership approval.
You will be the operational engine behind our ad content pipeline — making sure every piece of content is legally cleared, properly managed, and seamlessly handed over to the teams who activate it in Meta and TikTok campaigns. This role is not a creative role. It is perfect for someone highly organised, detail-obsessed, process-driven, and excited about supporting a fast-moving acquisition function.

We operate on a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days in the office each week— with some roles requiring more which will be outlined in the job spec.
