We're a move fast, break things collective of industry legends, marketing leaders and disruptive digital do-ers. We work with hospitality, leisure and experience brands to supercharge their marketing strategy. We specialise in Paid Social, PPC, CRM, email marketing, web design/management, venue launches and loyalty. Due to our experience in the sector, our work can vary from consultancy to hands on delivery of campaigns. Our approach is different from other agencies; we pride ourselves on tangible action over reports. Our clients include Cosy Club, The Botanist, Comptoir Libanais, NQ64, National Theatre, Nell's Pizza + more.

About the Role

This is our 5th hire. You'll be at the heart of everything we do – building the best digital agency for hospitality. We're currently at capacity and looking for a superstar to join the team, deliver fantastic work for clients and help drive our growth. This is not an organic social / content creation role. Our focus is performance marketing, experience in Paid Social and PPC is essential. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our office in Manchester, (culture is key to us). What to Expect

You’ll be at the forefront of the business, a true right arm to ensuring full satisfaction from our clients. Day‑to‑day tasks will be fluid as per our client's needs. As a brand new, fast‑paced business, no day is the same. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will create, execute, and manage paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for launching campaigns, analysing data and informing decisions across all acquisition channels to drive results for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage paid campaigns across various channels, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and suggest actions based on KPIs & trends.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reporting by conducting high‑quality analysis and writing concise commentary.
  • Identify marketing opportunities with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
  • Support creative testing by providing creative / audience strategy recommendations through competitor research and data‑backed learnings.
  • Support ad copy and keyword/Ad Group structure on Google Ads and Meta.
  • Lead on delivering easy‑to‑use reporting or visualisation dashboards for internal analysis and for our clients.
  • Provide adhoc account management and act as point of contact for all clients that work with EDGEY.
  • Attend client meetings, strategy sessions and industry conferences to build relationships with clients, industry partners and potential clients.
  • Support the wider business with delivery of client campaigns across other digital platforms.
Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, particularly the paid media space.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in a paid media management role (in‑house or agency).
  • Highly skilled in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Fluent level of English; please submit your CV in English.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: £60,000 – £80,000 per annum.
  • Bonus scheme – earn up to 20% of your annual salary, paid quarterly.
