What will you do

• Performance Marketing Strategy – Support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in creating and executing the strategy for all categories with a focus on efficiently growing, revenue and traffic.
• Collaboration with Channel Specialists – Work closely with the channel specialists (PPC, Paid Social, CRM, SEO, Affiliates etc.) and external agency partners to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing strategies.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Report on key performance marketing metrics (e.g., ROAS, traffic) against forecasts, identifying trends and insights for improvement. This will include presenting this information in daily/weekly/monthly meetings.
• Data Analysis & Insights – Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance data, providing actionable insights to the wider DTC team and contributing to optimisation strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Align with various teams, but especially the marketing teams (Media, planning, social etc.) to ensure alignment on plans for product launches and category growth.
• Campaign Support for Product Launches & Promotions – Assist in planning and executing performance marketing strategies for new product launches and major campaigns (e.g., Black Friday), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Digital Best Practices & Innovation – Stay informed about digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry innovations, sharing knowledge with the team to improve campaign effectiveness.
• External Partner Coordination – Assist in managing relationships with media agencies and platform partners such as Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Competitor & Market Benchmarking – Regularly review and report on competitor activity and industry benchmarks to help inform performance marketing strategy.
