A major environmental services company in England is seeking a Performance Manager in Banbury to oversee up to 15 Sewage Treatment Works while managing a multi-skilled team. The role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, driving operational improvements, and financial oversight. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing teams in the utility sector and a commitment to continuous improvement. This position offers a salary up to £45,000 and various employee benefits.
We are looking for a Performance Manager to join Thames Water permanently.
You will be working across the geographical area of Banbury - OX16 4RZ, where you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of up to 15 Sewage Treatment Works, along with managing a small multi‑skilled team of up to 12 technicians.
You will operate out of the main site at Banbury but will visit other sites; a driving licence and car ownership are essential as you will need to travel throughout your working week.
You will work 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday, and participate in an out‑of‑hours rota for escalations and advice, for which you will receive additional payments.
