  • Lead enhancements to core systems and ensure interoperability with third‑party platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with the Data & MI Centre of Excellence to maintain alignment with best practice and drive innovation.
Insight & Reporting
  • Own the Power BI reporting ecosystem for the account, including dashboard development and requirements definition for Data Warehouse integration.
  • Drive adoption, training, and understanding of reporting outputs across operational teams.
Performance Management Support
  • Translate system outputs into meaningful insights and performance indicators to support continuous improvement.
  • Partner with department leads to embed data-driven decision-making into daily operations.
Team Leadership
  • Line manage the Data Manager and Business Reporting Analyst, providing strategic direction, coaching, and development support.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the data and reporting function.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an advanced Microsoft-accredited Power BI course such as PL-300 (Data Analyst Associate), or equivalent diploma-level training covering semantic modelling, governance, and secure deployment.
Experience & Expertise
