Overview

This advert relates to a new and exciting Performance and Quality Officer role within the Yorkshire and Humber Probation Service. The role supports the Housing Support Services team to help people on Probation and in Prison obtain and maintain accommodation.

Responsibilities
  • Support the caseload of men in prison and subject to community supervision to identify and apply to viable housing options.
  • Assist clients to attend assessment appointments, be tenancy ready and move into new accommodation.
  • Provide initial tenancy support and identify onward referrals for additional support where required.
  • Analyse data and provide advice on referral levels, workflow and other management information to assist in the design and delivery of an efficient and effective service.
  • Produce reports and provide insight and analysis on performance measures to Regional and National Governance Boards.
Qualifications
  • Excellent IT skills, experience of using Business Objectives and Excel.
  • PowerBI or similar data analysis programme experience.
  • influencing and communication skills with the ability to work independently and with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience of problem‑solving skills including analytical, evaluative and outcome focused techniques.
  • Ability to work across Probation and Prison Service and external stakeholders such as Local Authorities.
