Job summary

Salary: £50,000 per annum. Permanent full‑time home‑based role with some travel required.

Working pattern: Full‑time. Location: London, City of London, EC1M 1AU.

Key responsibilities
  • Leadership of TUPE and people decisions in collaboration with multiple stakeholders – including commissioners; outgoing/incoming providers; external partners and subcontractors; our new business and contract retention team and Operations and People teams.
  • Devising strategies to mitigate people impacts related to new business and contract retentions and design suitable people transfer approaches.
  • Analysing and interpreting employee terms and conditions via HR due diligence.
  • Developing specific proposals for solutions for selected key issues in the HR environment – including job matching, culture change and workforce development.
  • Ensuring that the result of a bid submission is clearly communicated and handed over to the relevant person.
