A family-owned business in the Equipment sector is seeking a People & Safety Advisor to support HR and Health & Safety functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding support, and maintaining safety documentation. Location: Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire
Salary: £28k
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible Monday to Friday between 07:00 – 18:00)
