A recruitment agency is looking for an HR Compliance & Policy Lead to work full time in London. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in compliance roles, particularly with knowledge of GDPR and safeguarding laws. This position involves developing and improving HR policies and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. The salary is up to £37,000 with generous leave and pension benefits. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role.

I am working with a great further education client of ours in London who are looking to recruit a full time, permanent HR Compliance & Policy Lead.
Ideally, they need someone who can help them to develop, implement and improve policies, coordinate compliance and facilitate successful project delivery across the College.
You will collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure that policies and practices are compliant with relevant legislation and statutory requirements, and obligations relating to Education including safeguarding, GDPR, EDI etc.
This will suit somebody with previous experience in a compliance / regulatory role and a great working knowledge of GDPR, safeguarding, equality & diversity and other related laws.
Salary is up to circa £37,000 plus 29 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and access to local government pension. Please note that unfortunately my client is unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
