In this 12-month contract role, you will manage HR consultants and provide strategic support across HR functions for a dispersed workforce. The ideal candidate should have robust HR management experience, including workforce planning and employment law knowledge, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role.
• Strong generalist HR expertise, including workforce planning and employment law.
• Experience handling complex and high-volume employee relations casework.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner, providing strategic support across all HR functions.
• Lead and develop a team of HR consultants.
• Drive workforce planning initiatives aligning resources with priorities.
