A leading retail company is seeking a dynamic individual to join their People team as a talent management expert. In this role, you will drive talent development and support performance management across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has proven experience in retail people management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to analyze data for actionable insights. In this fast-paced, purpose-driven role, you'll be at the heart of creating brilliant moments for our colleagues, from driving talent development and performance to delivering seamless people processes across our stores.
This role requires regular travel across the region(s) and to be on site in our stores 5 days per week.
This role will be covering Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Hampshire parts of Wiltshire and the Isle of Wight areas.
