Location: Euston, London
Contract Type: Temporary (Potential to go permanent!)
Hourly Rate: £18 - £20
Working Pattern: Full Time in office
Commute: Just a 4-minute walk from London Euston train station!

What You'll Do:
  • Be the main representative for our organisation, engaging with employees, candidates, clients, and guests, both in-office and remotely.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including mail organisation, visitor coordination, and communication with facilities teams.
  • Maintain a welcoming front-desk reception, overseeing visitor security protocols.
  • Collaborate with People Services to update office policies and enhance the work environment.
  • Coordinate and plan local events that align with our global strategy, bringing excitement and camaraderie to the office!
  • Support internal communications to keep everyone informed and engaged.
  • Partner with our Inclusion and Impact team to celebrate diverse holidays and events.
  • Work with local leadership to understand office culture and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant team to ensure smooth administrative operations.
