A leading technology firm is seeking a Learning Advisor to support employee growth across various locations in the UK. In this role, you will manage training requests, facilitate sessions, and enhance the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have experience in Learning & Development and knowledge of Learning Management Systems. Learning Advisor - UK People and Culture
Location: This role can be based at Leidos offices in Whiteley Hampshire, Glasgow, Bristol, Farnborough Hampshire; with flexibility to work from home depending on business demands.

Join us as a Learning Advisor, where you'll support over 1,350 employees and managers across Leidos UK, working with the People and Culture team and the wider business to shape an inclusive, learning culture. You will manage a variety of learning and development efforts, from training and coaching to running development events and supporting career progression. You will also collaborate with the Tech-X Academy and US Learning and Development Team, designing in-house learning programmes using tools such as Articulate 360.
