Location: Reading, Oxford, ideally with good access to the M4 corridor and to London.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + car/car allowance and package.

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week – Monday – Friday.

Job Purpose:

This is a hands‑on and strategic role where you’ll help bring our people strategy to life and adapt to the regional nuances through a strategic regional people plan – from hiring great talent and supporting their growth, to championing wellbeing, diversity, and engagement. You’ll be a trusted asset to the region, a change maker, and a culture ambassador, helping our teams deliver legendary experiences while feeling proud, supported, and inspired every day.

  • You’ve led people projects and know how to turn strategy into action, whether it’s launching new initiatives or supporting teams through change.
