A healthcare organisation in the UK is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to drive the strategic People Services agenda. You will provide specialist advisory services, manage service change activities, and support staff engagement. The Senior People Business Partner (SPBP), is a key leadership role within the People Services team in the wider People Matters Directorate. The main purpose of the role is to drive the strategic People Services agenda across a designated portfolio and aligned hub, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive People services to all staff.
