We’re looking for an enthusiastic People Assistant to join our team and support a wide range of People activities. In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day People queries, help deliver an exceptional employee experience, and play a key role in attracting and onboarding great talent. You’re someone who thrives in an office environment and is happy to come in daily to collaborate closely with the team and enjoy a balance of admin, coordination, and relationship-building? YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide day-to-day HR admin support, including maintaining accurate employee records
  • Prepare People documents such as contracts and offer letters
  • Act as the primary point of contact for UK People queries
  • Support employee relations processes, including note-taking and coordination
  • Assist with training, development, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Contribute to People projects, process documentation, and continuous improvement workstreams
  • Ensure all activity aligns with UK employment law and HYROX People best practices
YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience in a People/HR support role with practical, hands‑on experience
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and People operations fundamentals
  • Highly organised with excellent administrative accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who builds strong working relationships across teams
  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
  • Passion for people, sport, and delivering exceptional team experiences
