With a global footprint spanning London, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Manila, Atlanta, and Cape Town, our people are our most vital asset in achieving our ambitious growth targets.

The Opportunity: Driving Performance and Culture

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven People and Talent Manager to lead our People team and evolve our People function. This role is office‑based in our vibrant London headquarters.

This is a fantastic growth opportunity for a high‑performing People professional who has a strong foundation of experience (likely 3+ years) and is ready to step up into a leadership role with full‑lifecycle responsibility and direct team management. We are looking for someone eager to drive a culture shift towards high performance and benefit from significant professional development.

Your primary mission will be to work alongside senior management to implement and manage People strategies that directly align with business acceleration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Culture & Performance Leadership
  • Performance Culture: Own the design and delivery of a robust performance management framework that rewards excellence, provides continuous feedback, and drives accountability at all levels.
  • Talent Strategy: Champion a high‑performance, high‑engagement culture, acting as the primary driver for organisational change and cultural evolution.
  • Leadership Coaching: Partner with senior leaders and managers to embed performance‑led behaviours and effectively manage talent pipelines.
People Function Management & Delivery
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop the existing People Team members, ensuring high‑quality, efficient delivery across all People services globally.
  • End‑to‑End People Lifecycle: Oversee the operational and tactical execution of the entire People lifecycle, including onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Learning & Development: Design, manage, and deliver targeted L&D initiatives that directly enhance employee capability and business performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee critical People operations, ensuring meticulous execution of payroll, benefits administration, and compliance across all jurisdictions.
Talent Acquisition & Engagement
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy focused on attracting high‑calibre individuals who thrive in a high‑performance environment.
  • Employee Experience: Elevate the entire employee experience, using data and feedback to ensure our People offering is top‑tier and aligns with our commitment to excellence.
Must‑Haves
  • Strategic and Operational Skillset: The ability to think strategically about talent management while maintaining a meticulous, hands‑on approach to operational delivery (e.g., payroll, systems, compliance).
  • Strong People/HR Foundation: Solid experience in a broad People or HR function (3+ years), ready to take the next step into a leadership role with strategic oversight.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • L&D Expertise: Practical experience in delivering or coordinating impactful L&D activities. A passion for developing others is essential.
  • Culture Driver: A track record of successfully driving significant cultural change, focusing specifically on embedding a performance‑driven mindset.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and engage a diverse, global employee base.
  • Organisation & Focus: A high level of organisation, attention to detail, and a relentless focus on delivery and quality output.

This is a phenomenal opportunity for an ambitious People professional to step into a leadership role where you will have direct influence over the trajectory of a globally expanding company. We offer enabling technology, complex and rewarding challenges, and fantastic professional development to match your ambition.
